The JPDF05 series single-circuit accumulator charging valve is designed for open hydraulic systems, installed between the pump and downstream secondary hydraulic devices, such as power steering control valves and cylinders within the same hydraulic circuit. The accumulator charging valve draws oil from the fixed-displacement pump as needed to charge the accumulator, completing the process at a set flow rate under a set pressure, and maintaining constant pressure within the specified range. During accumulator charging, flow to downstream auxiliary hydraulic devices will decrease. This does not significantly affect the operation of these components. As long as the relief valve does not impede incoming flow and pressure transmission, downstream secondary hydraulic devices will always receive full system pressure. The accumulator charging flow rate and the accumulator pressure limits (cut-off pressure and opening pressure) can be adjusted according to user requirements.
