The JACV Series Single-Circuit Accumulator Charging Valve is designed for open hydraulic systems, installed between the pump and downstream secondary hydraulic devices such as power steering control valves and cylinders within the same hydraulic circuit. The valve draws oil from a fixed-displacement pump to charge the accumulator as required, completing the process at a set pressure and flow rate while maintaining constant pressure within the specified range. During accumulator charging, flow to downstream auxiliary hydraulic devices will decrease. This does not significantly affect the operation of these components. As long as the relief valve does not impede incoming flow and pressure transmission, downstream secondary hydraulic devices always receive full system pressure. The accumulator charging flow rate and the accumulator pressure limits (cut-off pressure and opening pressure) can be adjusted according to user requirements.
